Project Winnetka Update

Project Winnetka progress report! Rough framing and plumbing are complete. Currently working on rough electric and hvac so the walls can be closed up. Also, demolishing the hardscape and getting the pool ready for a nice remodel. Doors and windows have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they’re delivered. This contemporary Spanish showplace will be ready in the first quarter of 2025.
