West Hills Home Sold!
These are some pics of a home I recently represented the buyer on. When I met Steven he was living in a hotel and had just moved here from New York. He was desperate to get into a house in a timely manner so he could stop paying for a hotel. Within three weeks of meeting him I was able to successfully negotiate an accepted offer and close escrow on this beautiful home in West Hills. Cheers to many happy years in your new home Steven!
